Reverse Charge on Freight For Exmpted Goods?

I am selling Exmpted goods of Moong and others on whole sale from Gujarat to Delhi and Bill is of Rs. 10,00,000/- and Buyers pay Rs. 22000/- Freight to Transportor on our behalf and balance amount is paid to us through RTGS.. than Reverse charge for Freight Will be applied on Freight of Rs. 22000/-?

if the transporter is GTA then no need of paying Reverse charge if he is unregistered then yes you have to pay.

if transporter is GTA then GST has to be paid 5% and if other than GTA then freight value is paid at the rate on which goods are fall.
Is it right?
if not pls clarify
I mean if I sell a goods which GST rate is 18% and if I charged freight then will GST @ 18% imposed or 5 %
