Dat will not show anything..you simply write d date wen u apply for revaildation....
no , i mean the box where to write date is not appearing
I think in form dere is one more column in which u are asked ur 5 yrs expired or not...after u click on dat...dat date box will open automatically
nope , there are no such column , anyways thanks
