Every tax filer will have a common question on what to choose in the drop down as "Return filed under section" we have 5 options correct?

11 - u/s 139(1)
12 - u/s 139(4)
13 - u/s 142(1)
14 - u/s 148
15 - u/s 153A

which one to choose and what they mean?

11 - u/s 139(1): Voluntarily before the due date (This is the one you need to choose now)
12 - u/s 139(4):Voluntarily after the due date
13 - u/s 142(1): In response to notice under section 142(1)
14 - u/s 148 : In response to notice under section 148 14
15 - u/s 153A:In response to notice under section 153A 15

Generally asessee missed out such column while filing manual return...

& its also create difficulty fr deptt also..

query related to revised return :

case-1

return related to p.y 2009-10

return filed on  30-3-2012

filed revised return on 31-3-2012- can it be possible ?

case-2

return related to p.y 2009-10

notice u/s 142(1) received on 1-04-2012

return filed on 2-4-2012

can this be revised ?

plz help me .
