Dear Sir, One of Company incorporate in 2013 and 1st auditor was apointed, but annual filing not done by the company and right now i want ret to retire that auditor and appoint another auditor for that year and file annual filling can i do this ?

How can first auditor be continued till now i.e 2016 if the company was incorporated in 2013??
