Resume of ca final student

How should be resume of semi qualified CA student?

I need to apply job, but I don't know where I should start from. My articleship was completed 2 years back and from then on I have'nt worked anywhere. Now I wish too but where should I apply as there are no companies in my city and very small firms. Please help me.
