Resigning the director

You are an ordinary director of the private company and you can resign simply by tendering your resignation letter with date. You will be relieved from your responsibilities of a director from the date mentioned in the resignation letter.

After that form-32 would be required to be filed by the company for communication of your resignation. Filing of form-32 is the duty of the company. You are advised to send your resignation at the residential address of other director + at the registered office of the company through registered post.
