Dear all,
I want to resign one director from the company for which i filed form DIR 11 & 12. When i filed for DIR 11 an error stating "The Director Signinig the eform is director of Dormant Co. hence first file form 61 to normalised the status then u will be able to file his resignation in this Co."
my querry is , is there any alternative if i want to resign the director from my Co. as the Company in which he is dormant does not belong to my group companies. Irrespective they file the respective forms or not , how can i remove him from my Company as Director
