Renting of precincts of a religious place

A religious place has a large compound and a Building constructed on the boundary of  the compound. The building is facing public road. No compound wall in between the building and Road.Now the religious place is behind the building. Can it be said that the building is with in the precincts of a religious place.

In my opinion unlike the earlier finance act , this exemption is more specific in that it says that the exemption is only if precinctsitself is renrented.Say in a church , marriage is conducted etc.What is prencincts may become disputable.Earlier we have cases saying that hall located in the vicinity of temple compound is exempt
