Rent of factory GST?

I am registered in hyderabad n I have a factory shed at bangalore , in this case how I will charge gst , IGST or cgst n sgst?

If you don't have fixed establishment at Bangalore, you don't require to register in Bangalore, You can raise the invoice with IGST, generally immovable property covered under SGST and CGST, but your activity not covered under fix establishment,. I have sent the definition of fix establishment under GST. for your better understanding. when your activity not covered under fix establishment, than Place of supply considered the place of register person as Hyderabad, than it is interstate transaction., and applied IGST.

50] "fixed establishment" means a place [other than the registered place of business] which is characterised by a sufficient degree of permanence and suitable structure in terms of human and technical resources to supply services, or to receive and use services for its own needs
