1. salary definition should include previous financial arrears?
2. salary definition should include same financial year arrears due to compensation change or attendance?
3. in case of F&F leave encashment should not be included only for retirement, vrs, death, termination or it should be included for resignation case as well?
4. salary definition should be on "accrued basis" or "paid basis"?
