Can a Company file an affidavit cum indemnity for deletion of charges from MCA portal? Can a company delete the old charges, which they had satisfied but being shown in MCA portal, by giving any such affidavit?

You will require to make application to the ROC with supporting documents for correction of index of charges. Also you can raise a ticket for the same.
