Removal of goods for jobwork

What is the procedurew for removal of goods for Jobwork for goods on which no Cenvat credit is claimed.

Should the removal be done through the Annexure 1 and goods be returned within 180 days.

Or since we dont claim any Cenvat goods can be removed through Returnable DCs.

The goods for jobwork purpose can be removed through returnable DCs.

Well I guess it is for registration for Central Excise.

You can send non cenvat availed inputs for job-work under challan under noti. 214/86 if the process amounts to manufactuire or under rule 16-A if process does not amt to manufacture. If the input is cenvat avaied then, rule 4(5((a) applies.

If you send under 214/86 then you have to send an intimation to the range under whose jurisdisction your job-worker is situated.

Now, there are no annexures as they have all been diispensed with.

Sorry,forgot to mention about the returnable DCs. Sending input under returnable D.C.s though the input is non-cenvat availed is not possible..

Respected sir,

I belongs to the la maan globiz company, basically mfg & exporters of herbal products. Now we purchase some material from one com. that is com X. Now these com x is exciseable unit. so whatever we purchase we have to pay excise duty.

But now we are mfg and exporter of herbal product so how can we get the benefit of the Excise.

we dont have excise registration. we only have CST & GST registration.

Is Form ARE-1 OR CT-2 helpful for us?

How can we get exemption on excise and vat?

How can we get ARE-1 Form and what is procedure for the same.

Plz suggest us, How can we get benfit of excise in export? we dont have any Import.

Plz reply me as early as possible, I m waiting for your valuable response.
