Relief income-tax for those paying professional tax.
Punjab Govt is taxing professional. Can they get relief income-tax while filling ITR and how? There is no form for it in ITR2.?

Yes, deduct it under expenses.... create one under OTHERS, or under tax payable to governmental agencies....
