Related party transactions - board resolution

In the list of Board Resolutions to be filed with RoC in MGT-14, Related Party Transactions is not there. However, it is appearing [section 188(1)] in the drop down list of resolutions in MGT-14.

Is it required to file Board Resolution pertaining to Related Party Transactions with RoC in MGT-14?

Hi, It is not reqd to file the BR for RPT...however, RPT beyond specified limits requires SR by the Members....so for that purpose it is mentioned in MGT 14.....

Kindly provide format of Board Reso.(Pvt. Co.) for approval of RPT transaction relating to year 2014-15. Also can Board pass Omnibous approval for the year 2015-16.
