Register of DSC with MCA

Dear Friend, I have just got DIN of one my client. after that i got Digital Sign of him.

Now i want its Digital Signature Certificate to register with MCA portal but it requires all his information including his mother's maiden name. but in DIN 1 form nowhere mentioned and no any details is to be filled up.

so how can i register his DSC with MCA21.

pls reply soon, its urgent..

Dear Friend,

An easy way around to this issue is as follows :-

1) Download a E form 32.

2) Fill CIN number of any company of your choice

3) fill the no of directors to be appointed as 1

4) In the DIN Number field, give the DIN number you have for the director and prefill

This will give you the complete details including DOB,fathers name , director name etc..,

You need to ask only the Mothers name. you can fill the same in any format. System will accept the same as this field is not provided during din registration and this will be just a check field.

I hope this will solve your problem

IN THIS FORM 32 NO WHERE YOU WILL ASKED THE MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME

Dear Jignesh,

Mothers' maiden name is the name of his mother before marriage.

You wont get the Mothers' maiden name in by prefilling form 32..

You have to ask that person itself about his mothers' maiden name....:)

For mother's maiden you can fill... only surname...i.e MRS. Joshi, not require full name

In mother maiden name field write "mother". it will work.

Dear Sir,

For mother maiden name u must write client name as mentioned in DSC appliction, or the name mentioned on DSC token or PFX file

Dear Nehal,

The application form may not ask for details of mothers name. For Mother Maidens name, just ask the applicant the name of his/her mother before marraige and enter the same.

ya it doesn't ask for mother maiden name, but while registrating DSC in MCA website u hv to write client name as mentioned in DSC token or PXF FILE

For name of the applicant, - You should enter details as per the data existing with the database of Ministry of Corporate Affiairs. (I am assuming you are registering DSC of a Director)

Hello,

I need to update the DSC of my client.....But my client has forgot the name mentioned in Mother's Maiden name.....Is there any other way to update the DSC.....As of now we are not able to update as the Mother's name is showing mismatch with that of MCA website...
