Regarding the comoletion date of ny articleship
The completion date of my articleship is on 31/01/2017 but I have taken the excess leave of 27 days and I am still doing the articleship. What will be the completion date In firm 108. It should be 31/01/2017 or 27/02/2017

Hi,
You have two options
1) You need to report excess leave-in such case you need to submit form 108 twice subject clearance / acknowledgement of first form-108
2) Not reporting exess leave-in such case you need to write a covering later stating the facts for delay in submitting form(you should submit within 30 days from the date of completion of service) and pay nominal late fee as precribed.

Hi just speak to your admin / principal. Generally off papers extension are served which even u appear to be serving. So just submit the form asap with 31/1/17 if its true. I guess the time limit is 30 days as stated by B Siva above. If theres a delay then delay fee as applicable.
