Regarding small service provider liability and exemption

Sir,

I am partner in 2 firms. In one firm I have 90% share and in the other firm I have 10% share. Both firms have seperate service tax registration and both are claiming Small Service Provider exemption. I want to know whether it is valid in Service Tax Law?

As both is considered as seperate legal entity and having different PAN. Thus no issues.
