if a landlord gives property to a partnership firm on rent he charged RS 40000 per month
what is tha stamp duty for rent agreement in urban area of Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh
In UP, stamp duty rate is 4% of 11 month rent. This is as per my knowledge but I don't have reference to particular act.
