Regarding Incorporating a Company
Iam a articles assistant. Our client wants to incorporate a company through new form INC -32.But in this form Max. 3 Directors get the DIN from INC-32.But our client has already obtained DIN 'S from DIR-3.But he wants to incorporate through INC -32.Please explain me whether the DIN's they obtained through DIR-3 must be cancelled or he can proceed further through INC-32 or as usual he has to incorporate through old procedure.

You can go ahead with INC 32. It's not mandatory to obtain DIN through INC 32 only. It's option.
If a company having 4 propose Directors who want to apply for DIN. As per INC 32 Only 3 can apply through this procedure and any one of them should obtain through DIR 3.
In your case your client has already obtained through DIR 3 so not required to cancel the old one otherwise again you have to pay fees for obtaining DIN.

New OPC incorporation can be done via INC 32 and obtain DIN also for the only member / director ? is it neessary to obtain DIN/ DSC for the nominee member ? (who will take over in case of OPC oneperson director member passes away) or just consent letter with ID proof will do? thanks
Yes OPC can be incorporated by using INC 32.
