Regarding ex dividend date
at what date should I buy shares and sell it so that I can get dividend when the company announces it???

There is no fixed date
per my opinion
before book closure period
i.e. period when transfer of shares are not registered.
as per my openion you are elegiable for dividend if you holding shares on the record date.
