Hi
i am a shareholder of a company. I came to know that the auditor of the company is disqualified.even though he is disqualified he is continuing as the auditor.the management is also supporting him because he knows all the loopholes of the company and have been covering it.now where to complaint or how to proceed against the auditor and the management.because even though they know about the disqualification they are not removing him .since I have only 100 shares of the company they are not taking my word seriously.
What are the consequences according to companies act?
