regarding change of name of proprietor
in gst can I change the name of the proprietor which has already taken the gst registration

chirag you can change prop by amemding core business details.. this can be done in two ways.. either sell your business to new prop. or by adding new partner and retirningbold partner..

Proprietor firm can't be change to Partnership. If you want Partnership or LLP first you can start New partnership firm. After you can sell or change Proprietor firm's assets / liabilities to partnership firm by sale deed / documents.....
