Regarding change in pan address

which address is shown in form 16 and is it compulsory to change address in pan while shifting to another address

Its not mandatory, but very much necessary.
Same as by Mr. Dhirajlal Rambhia , as it gives benifits to you, otherwise IT Department sent all letter to you at your old address.
