Regarding articleship

During the articleship i have the extention of 4 Month.Now whether i discontinue the old principle and join the new Principle ??& what form i have to fill in INSTITUTE to join the new articleship.?

If excess leave is served with the same Principal and in continuation of previous training without break:

1. Submit Form 108 for the previous period of articleship.

2. Execute a supplementary deed of articles for the period equivalent to the excess leave period in Form 107 on a non-judicial stamp paper or affix ‘Special Adhesive Stamp’ as per the rates applicable in the respective Cities / States.

3. The deed of supplementary articles must be submitted in original along with a copy so as to reach to the Institute’s Office within 60 days from the date of commencement of training.

If excess leave is served with a new Principal, follow the procedure prescribed for Re-registration i.e. execute fresh deed of articles and submit Form 103 within 30 days from the date of commencement of fresh articles.
