Refund/or to claim credit of service tax

Dear All,

Service recepient and service provider both are body corporate

Service recepient deduct service tax for  services received for AMC of softwares and deposited the same with service tax authorities in F.Y. 2013-14

Service provider also paid the service tax .

Now query :  is there any provision, to get refund/or to claim credit of service tax, available to service recepient, as it has wrongly deducted the service tax.
