Refund of tds deducted without pan

my bankers have deducted TDS on our Flat association deposits @ 20% FE2013/14,14/15,15/16.they are not reflected in form 26AS.how to claim refund ? It is a non profit association of 42 members.the deposit was from corpus fund contribution of all members.

If the pan is not there tds will not go into ur account in 26as.. frankly speakng u cannot pay tax twice... You can contact me @ 8951210698 for professional assistance.

Mr. Niranjan

You ask your deductor to revise their TDS return with your correct PAN, it will appear in your Form 26AS and later on you

file your return of income accordingly, you will get refund and if you have already filed return and taken into consideration the TDS amount

and their correct TAN, contact income tax department along with copy of Form 26AS wherein the same should appear after reviseing

the TDS returns by deductor, your refund will be processed if if it is there.

@ niranjan

Income above Rs 10000 is taxable for Hsg co-op society.

PAN number is must for HSg Soc.

First apply for PAN if not present.

Once PAN no comes give request for rectification of TDS return of bank

Their CA will rectify the return which will be reflected in the 26AS statement.

Once it is seen in 26AS statement. File IT return . You can file return for AY 2014-15 and AY 2015-16. Before that you have to apply for condonation of delay and obtain permission.
