If It's not reflacted in 26AS then first better to have to concrened Branch Manager of your Bank and Take TDS cretificate from him

And The file a manual application to your concern AO... Hope u have claim this TDS amount in your Income Tax Return if You have not filed your Income Tax Return then please first prepare the Computation of Total Income along with Profit and Loss Account and show that your taxablw income is below the Taxable income and along with that You attached this TDS cretificate and Claim TDS Refund Manually
