Refund of paper return

One of my friend fill manually return for AY 2012-13, AY 2011-12 but still he didnt got his refund so how can he get manually return,

so how can he get refund so please reply

what is the procedure of that

You can go to the link given in the Incometax website and do the steps

Please prepare a letter referring tge ack no to the Income tax Officer of your concerned and meet him directly
