Hey Can anybody tell that whether we can get refund of CVD paid on Mobiles imported and sold in the same form without any modification by paying VAT on the goods sold. And if so could please give me the Reference of Customs Circulars/Notification.

i think u r asking about CVD 3 (5).......if u r registered as a manufacturer den u can only take cenvet credit of it via excise duty on final product.....but if u r only a trader den u can take refund of CVD 3 (5). 100% refund will be allowed to u...see section 3 (5) of custom tarriff act...

Trader will not elegable of CVD Refund, they only Pass on to their customers

@ Murthy JI....YES sir.....whatever i wrote was in case when final product was not chargeble to VAT.....if chargeble to VAT den u r right... :)
