I have refund claim for F Y 2016-17 can i claim it now? i have not filed return for the same year.
but i want to get my refund amount back. as this amount was deducted by banks as tds on interest amount.
how can i get it back?

via filing income tax return
Since the time limit for iling return for FY 2016-17 has expired on 31/03/2018 you can file your return only in response to notice issued by IT dept.
If u have received any notice from IT dept u may file return and claim refund.
