hello,
when i click on display in gate way of tally receipts & payments a/c is not shown. please help me how can i get receipts & payments a/c in tally 9

first check period and cash and bank ledgers created properly or not.
ya.. everything is done correctly.. but there is no receipts & payments a/c option in display.
