Receip and payment

Dear All, One of my client has a receipt of agriculture income and out of this income, he paid fees to their farmers in HUF. He is also doing business as Contractor for civil works in the village. He is having income of 2.5 crores as contractor and profession fees. please explain in details. What should we do for making audit report. I appreciate your reply... Can you explain how to make
