We transfer the salary thru bank and for cash salary we take the signatures on the Vouchers.

otherwise how can you prove that such an amount has been paid to the respective employee.
not required for direct pay thru bank but for cash salary yes definitely...............and for cash salary payment for more then rs. 5000 a revenue stamp also.........
