Often the following matters are taken up in first board meeting: 

1. Appointment of the Chairman

2. Incorporation of the company (adoption of the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, Articles of Association)

3. Situation of the registered office of the company

4. Adoption of common seal

 5. Accounting year of the company

6. Appointment of auditors

7. Printing of share certificates

8. Allotment of shares

9. Preliminary expenses

10. Printing of stationary

11. Opening of current account

12. Maintaining of minutes in different forms
