07 May 2015i have paid exam fee for ipcc and didnt attend even 1 exam also...it will be counted as an attempt?they says i am failed?if i write in next attempt and scores good,rank or merit be given?

1. Once exam form has been filed, it will be counted as an attempt, whether you appear in the exams or not.
.
2. Yes, you will be eligible for rank in the next attempt as it has no connection with number of attempts.
