quorum
if two third or more no of directors attend or interested for board meeting and atleast 2 of the directors are not interested then in this case 2 not interested directors become quorum. so it stand still the board meeting?

Yes, in case of interested Directors is 2/3rd or more the remaining Directors consider valid no. of Quorum subject to conditions that such Quorum shall be not less than 2 & present till conclusion of such Meeting.
