If one wants to convert proprietary business in to New private limited on 1st July 2017 what will be consequences.What precautions to be taken

why should nt you do this on 30.06.2017
otherwise plz surrender the certificate of p-roprietary business now. & then apply for fresh reg under gst for co. -easiet way
Thanks Mam for quick reply. But I have not registered for GST of proprieotar yet I am registered for VAT in Maharashtra. Please guide me what exactly I should do in detail.

Since you are already registered in VAT you need to take migration in gst, thru provisional I'd provided by the department
i already told u dilip, do surrender ur tin no. because you do not want to carry on business under the same pan no.
