Brought forward loss to be considered as per books. If the same is NIL then nothing will be deducted.

agree with all........the amount of loss brought forward or unabsorbed depreciation, whichever is less as per books of account can be deducted / reduced...........

If any of it is NIL, then NIL amt will be deducted
