Hey Guys ..... as i have stated many times that my attempt for ca final is in May 2011 ... i want to do self study for Direct Tax .... But m really confused on how to study ... as there will be amendment and implementation of Finance Act 2010 for May 2011 Exams .... Will I purchase the book for direct tax now and study the current act?

Thereafter in Feb/March 2011 i will study the amendments??

As u all know Direct Tax is very lenghty in our Final Exams.... Pls advice me on how to start study and on later stage is only studying the amendments if sufficient??
