Query regarding form 107

Hi, can someone help me. Even I'm facing the same issue. Is there any format for request of rejection letter? Do I need to write as a request letter to ICAI or to my principal (where I was supposed to do my supplementary articleship) and get approval from him and upload the same to ICAI portal?

You have to do it in a stamp paper of rs100 and it should be within 60days of your extended articleship starting day only then u can continue 

Yes my extended articleship is also completed 

What to do if it is is not within 60 days?

You have to get a stamp paper dated within 60 days and pay fine otherwise you have to change the date of your articleship date

I have paid the penalty already. But i am still getting the same remark "Kindly upload form 107 duly franked/executed in a stamp paper, the executed stamp must be within 60 days from the date of commencement of supplementary deed registration."

I really don't know what exactly do i need to do now.

When was the date of commencement in form 107

Date of commencement of supplementary articleship was 18.02.23

Toa stamp date should be within 60 days i.e 18.04.23 use baad me koie bhi date hoga woa reject hie kardenge mere sath ye problem hua tha
