Do I need to upload Directors report also alongwith p&l and BS under any other report in 3cd tax audit report
What are the consequences if I didn't uploaded directors report ?

there is no need to upload director report or any other report alongwith 3cd report. You have to upload only balance sheet, Pl & schedules with 3cd.
