10%preference shares converts in to Equity shares . 8% convertible unsecured bonds converts in to Equity shares.

interst save add in profit. tax saving(loss of saving) is deduct from profit. 8% convertible unsecured bonds converts in to Equity shares is add in present Equity share capital.
after that we do profit / equity share capital = EPS (may be diluted or not)

The bonds are convertible from the year 2006 then why are we considering the effect from the current year? The query is in addition to the above query.
