Query on service tax

A company has appoint contractor for installation of electrical items & the company itself provides electrical items. So, whether it is the case of service tax on work contract or manpower support your replies with official notification thanks in advance.

As they are appointed for the job, and the material is being supplied by company only its a case of manpower. if the contractor would have supplied the material then it would have come under the purview of works contract

Dear Sir,

Thank you for give you membershiip

I had some queries in Service Tax. I had pay excess service tax 2nd qaarter of f.y. 2013 -2014.

for this reason I will not fill service tax return last quarter. but I had paid last quarter service tax then after realise I had pay excess service tax.

I will adjusted this excess service tax 1st quarter of f.y. 2014-2015.

Please give me a suggestion in this problem.
