Dear All,
As the group companies always have same regsieterd office, In my case its a wholly owned subsidiary(WOS).
I want to know whether the holding company can give space to its WOS to have its registered office without entering into any any agreement by free of rent.
Here the proof for WOS of occupying the premise can be the NOC from its holding Company.
Please let me know whether this can be done?

Yes it can be done. Kindly attach NOC taken from Parent Company to INC-22 form. Please note that list of all companies using same address as Registered Office is also required to be annexed to the form.

entering into rent agreement is necessary and rent should also be there.
I have incorporated companies on the basis of NOC from Owner. We have not executed any agreement or contract for using premises for Registered Office of the Company. Please find the draft NOC.
