Query on registered office of wos

Yes it can be done. Kindly attach NOC taken from Parent Company to INC-22 form. Please note that list of all companies using same address as Registered Office is also required to be annexed to the form.

entering into rent agreement is necessary and rent should also be there.

I have incorporated companies on the basis of NOC from Owner. We have not executed any agreement or contract for using premises for Registered Office of the Company. Please find the draft NOC.
