An applicant want to form a Civil Construction Private Limited company like this name---"Maa Joyee Private Limited" which is available in MCA21 but query is can they apply name without mentioning purpose/object of the company as per above mentioned style i.e. Construction/Builder etc.

You have to mention the main object of the company as well as justification for the name you are choosing.

You can give reasons like based on Astrologer advice the name starts with Maa Joyee.
That could be significance of name. But also check Emblems and Names Act 1950.
In form 1A there is colunm regarding Main objects of the proposed company. i..e mandatory you can not escape from it.
