Query on Foreign Company

Dear sir

Is there any requirement to submit any document to the ROC after getting the registration certificate from ROC as LLC (Limited Liability Company) like Balance sheet and profit & Loss etc



If yes then what type of documents to be deposited to the ROC and is there any time period like financial year or calender year and what is time period with ih which these documents to be deposited

Audited accounts are required to be submitted to the ROC, Delhi alongwith filing fee and a copy to the respective registrar of companies of the state in which office is situated.

Alongwith Indian accounts, certified copies of world accounts and Form No. 52 indicating the addresses of the offices as at 31st March are also required to be submitted.

Filing fee is Rs. 5,000 per documents. Fee will be charged for accounts and Form No. 52.

Please refer section 594 of thye companies act.


All documents are to be submitted in triplicate.

Yes submission of detailed doc is reqd as per Sec 594-599.within 9 months of close of Fin Yr.with ROC Delhi(as per Sec 597)
