In case of TDS filing i face some problems can any one here suggest me
1. one deductee have applied for PAN he has the ack,no can i enter that in eTDS filing.
2.what is PAN reference number, I know it is different from ACK number.

YOU HAVE TO FILL IN THE PAN FIELD "PANAPPLFOR".
I dont know about PAN reference number.

In the first case u can write" pan applied for" instead of pan no... and as far as ur second query is concerned i m not sure but i think that "the acknowledgment numbers is your unique reference number for PAN application"... please also let me no if the answer for the second differs from the one stated by me..

Actual in PAN reference number consist of TEN numbers but ACK consist of 15 numbers.
I will here some more members can give their suggestions for me

PAN reference number is the system of allocating a unique code to every deduction of TDS.
Income tax is yet to complete OLTAS system where on every payment of TDS deductee would be given a unique number which he is required to quote in form 16/16A.
However as of now you should keep it blank unitl Income tax Department comes out with the system for the same.

I have to share my opnion here to you,
The TAX department is not accepting the ACK at all, and some TDS return software not accepting more then 10 digits in PAN column,
and in above TDS returns filed by you , the same return amount not comes under the deductee account in 26 AS, where the avaiabulity is there to check duducted amount by deductor.
Kindly share your opnion on these any one.
