Query about posting files on CA Club India

 

I have posted many file on CA Club India. But i can not find them in my Profile or Account or any other place of my account..?????

So may any one tell me what to doooo....????

here at caclub moderators have the right to select the files. your wiles may not be approved. hence not displayed. i have also posted many files but only 5 selected.

moreover you will be given confirmation in your e mail about approval of file

i want to file refund claim of duty paid of capital goods which are cleared after 10 year of the life and that time depriciation value become nil as per depriciation law, so how can i apply for refund on duty paid and in which format i have to file refund of duty paid on capital goods after NIL value in books of account and cleared as as such.

kindly sugest me. on the above said issue of refund

whether expenses related to brokerage ,hotel bils ,food bills ,conveyance etc. on land to be purchased will br capialised or it should be charged to revenue
