Query about invoicing
we are a service provider proprietorship co, now converted into pvt ltd co. for ex customers we billed from proprietor co, and new customer billed from pvt ltd co. how to account these sales into one under pvt ltd co accounts?

first since you are a Pvt Ltd company now....u shud only bill under Pvt Ltd co.
now I u want to book the sales in Pvt Ltd books thn ur proprietorship sales will be recorded as branch sales..
take care of ur vat.. service tax.. whatever applicable

yes mam. i need to know how to pass entry in pvt ltd co concern & proprietroship concern?
when you make invoice in proprietor co. make entry in proprietor co. books. When you make invoice in private ltd. co. make entry in private ltd. co. books. since the entity of organisation is different.
Entries will be same only take-care of books of proprietorship co & Pvt ltd co. at the time of booking.
