Is there any possibility to register articles with previous date...if possible how many days r months before we can register...is there any late fee to register articles with previous date...he is eligible to articles to register from last year may attempt...means 10 months back only...is it possible to register with previous date....pls clarrify my doubt...nd if there is ny link regarding this...pls share with me...t

if the principal is ready to sign from previous date than registration can be done after paying late fee

more than 6 months also allowed but delay fee is more

yes more than six months is allowed with late fee as well as you have to submit complete articleship records of that period and you have to submit orignal deed i.e 102

it's just a formality. you have to mention the periods (generally in weeks) that in which field you have worked and remember you have to submit original deeds

By complete articleship records it refers to whatever records your firm maintains for articles in general, like attendance registers, work registers, etc.
